Ms. Nancy Ulrich is the Founder and
President of Ulrich Research Services, Inc. She is responsible
for the day-to-day operations of the company in addition
to the long-range planning and growth of Ulrich Research
Services, Inc. Nancy is an experienced focus group moderator.
Prior to starting Ulrich Research
Services, Inc. in 1981, Ms. Ulrich was the Director
of Market Research for the WD-40 Company in San Diego,
California (1973-1974), responsible for conducting research
to transition an industrial and automotive product to
the consumer market. Upon a military transfer to Georgia,
Ms. Ulrich was employed by Professional Research Services,
Inc., a privately held market research company in Atlanta,
Georgia, specializing in public opinion, and governmental
studies.

Jim Flagg is vice president and co-owner
of Ulrich Research. He is responsible for project design,
data analysis, and the presentation of study findings.
Jim received a B.A. in History from
the University of New Hampshire in 1973. He obtained
an M.A. in History at Indiana University (Bloomington,
Indiana) in 1975, and completed an M.B.A. in Quantitative
Business Analysis from Indiana University in 1979. Jim
began his career as a Marketing Research Analyst with
Armstrong World Industries in 1980. He was Manager of
Marketing Research at Indiana National Bank from 1982
to 1984, and was Director of Marketing Research at Barnett
Banks, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida from 1984 to 1994.
Jim was President of his own consulting firm, Flagg
Marketing Research, Inc. from 1995 to 1998, when he
joined Ulrich Research Services, Inc.
Jim has completed hundreds of business
and consumer marketing research projects in a wide variety
of industries. He has moderated over 700 focus groups
with consumers, business decision-makers, and company
employees. In addition to primary research techniques,
he has extensive experience with statistical data processing,
commercial databases, and secondary sources. He is a
frequent guest speaker in classrooms and at professional
meetings.

Chase Ulrich is the Marketing and
Client Services Manager. She handles all marketing and
advertising, special events, and focus group coordination.
Chase graduated from Elon University
in Elon, North Carolina, with a degree in Communications.
She began her career with WAWS/FOX 30, the FOX Network
affiliate in Jacksonville, Florida. She was Marketing
and Recruitment Manager for the North Florida Chapter
of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, where she
organized the PGA Tour MS150 Bike Tour and the MS Walk
for 2000. Chase joined Ulrich Research Services and
Concepts in Focus in January of 2001.

Ms. Rosenhouse has been employed with
Ulrich Research Services, Inc. since 1988. As Project
Manager and Director of Quality Control, she reports
directly to Nancy Ulrich and is responsible for all
aspects of the management of marketing research data
collection.
Her previous experience as an interviewer
and recruiter gives her valuable insight into the best
way to approach a project from the field perspective,
bringing "real life" to the complicated aspects
of research design, questionnaire administration, and
client interaction. As an interviewer and supervisor
for Ulrich Research Services, Inc., Ms. Rosenhouse upgraded
the overall quality of training and protocol for in-house
as well as field staff.
Her previous experience in both qualitative
and quantitative research was obtained at McGraw Hill
Research in Hightstown, New Jersey and Centrac, Inc.
in Bricktown, New Jersey. Prior to joining McGraw Hill,
she was an elementary school teacher.

Mrs.
Rumsey joined Ulrich Research and Concepts in Focus in
April 2002 as the Office Manager. Mrs. Rumsey answers
incoming phone calls and makes sure messages are communicated
to the appropriate member of the team. Her primary responsibilities
include administrative support, coordination and communication.
Mrs. Rumsey's work experience includes Administrative
Secretary, Customer Assistant, Direct Salesperson and
Unit Leader.
