| In 2001 we opened our new focus group
division, Concepts in Focus. Our facility features two complete
focus group suites with private client lounges, separate entrances
and waiting areas, and high-speed Internet connections in every
room. Our facility is designed with moderators and clients in
mind. Recently constructed in 2001, we have the largest observation
room in Northeast Florida, located in a safe and quiet suburban
setting.Whether you need moderating, recruiting or just the
facility space, we have everything you need for your next qualitative
research project. Nancy Ulrich and Jim Flagg have moderated
hundreds of focus groups with consumers, employees, and business
professionals. We have two focus group suites and one traditional
conference room, all of which were designed for moderators,
by moderators. Our database is kept current and clean, to ensure
the best recruit possible. Professional, courteous qualitative
assistants to keep your groups flowing and on time.
Personal Interviews / One-on-One Interviews:
We have conducted one-on-one interviews at our own facilities,
at other marketing research firms, and at on-site locations
for our clients. We have experience at recruiting and making
appointments with professionals in many fields.
Mock Juries: Ulrich Research has recruited
and moderated mock jury studies and jury simulations in the
area of personal injury, wrongful death, and business lawsuits
on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Our clients have
included law firms, jury consultants, and insurance companies.
Training: Both Nancy Ulrich and Jim Flagg
have led customized training seminars on research techniques,
focus group moderating, SPSS data processing, and statistical
techniques for marketing research.
